All SEVG care and resources are temporarily centralized to our Chandler location. 

When you visit:

  • Screening stations for COVID-19 are staffed at the SEVG clinic entrance.  Patients and all SEVG team members are dependably screened before they may enter the clinic.

  • Please wear a fresh face mask or similar facial covering to your visit. You may be directed to dedicated areas within the clinic as an extra precaution to shield you and other patients.

  • If an office visit is not an ideal setting for any patient we will assist you with telemedicine or help you find your very best alternative and care setting.

Visitor rules and caregiver screening

  • SEVG adheres to CDC guidelines*. 

  • These include social distancing (all patients and SEVG personnel staying 6 feet apart whenever possible) and asking non-essential visitors to remain outside the clinic in the car. 

  • Exceptions can be made when it is medically necessary for the caregiver to stay with the patient. 

  • Essential caregivers will also be screened Please note this additional screening may indicate that SEVG clinic personnel only can attend to the patient’s needs.
